Privacy Policy

Last updated: 2 September 2026

This policy explains what personal information Energy Flow Hub collects, why we collect it, who we share it with and what rights you have over it.

Energy Flow Hub is an independent information website about home energy. We do not sell equipment and we do not carry out installations.

Who we are

Energy Flow Hub (“we”, “us”) operates energyflowhub.co.uk.

The data controller responsible for your personal information is Heat Loss Hub.

You can contact us about anything in this policy at hello@energyflowhub.co.uk.

What information we collect

You can read everything on this website without giving us any personal information. We only collect what you choose to send us, plus limited technical data that our hosting and security systems record automatically.

When you use our contact and project enquiry form, we collect your name, email address, telephone number, postcode, what you are interested in, your project stage, details of any existing or planned energy technology, the content of your message, and any files you choose to attach.

When you sign up for updates, we collect your email address and a record of your consent.

Automatically, our web host and security plugin record your IP address, browser type, the pages you visit and the time of your visit. Our forms also record the IP address used to submit them, as a protection against spam and abuse.

We do not knowingly collect special category data. Please do not send us health information, financial account details or anything else sensitive through the enquiry form.
